Digital Downloads:

Please let us know if there are any changes you would like made to the artwork within  5-days of  receiving the downloadable files. Please note that since this is a digital download and it cannot physically be returned once shared, we are unable to provide refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied or unhappy, please inform us and we will gladly work on resolving the issue.

Custom Art Shirts, Banners and Posters:

Because our custom art products are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us—if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll gladly provide a refund or replacement.

All Other Returns

Every CarVore Club product is made to order, just for you. We don't hold inventory; your item is printed and fulfilled the moment you place your order. This allows us to keep our catalog fresh with new designs. Since each item is created specifically for you, please review our policy below before purchasing.

Our policy lasts 10 days and starts after receipt of your order. If more than 10 days have gone by since your received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. 

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know and we will issue you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

Regarding returns please email us at hello@carvoreclub.com, and please include your order number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@carvoreclub.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@carvoreclub.com and we will send further instructions on where to send your item


Shipping
To return your product within 10 days, please contact us at hello@carvoreclub.com


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that all of our items are made-to-order (we do not stock inventory); if you wish to return your item we charge a 20 percent restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping (flat $5.00 per item) and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
