Though it was almost twice as expensive as the 2.7 RS, the 1974 Porsche was definitely more of a track car. Back in its day it cost $22,500, but with inflation that would be over $120k today! Basically, all the standard conveniences we enjoy in our modern cars were removed in the name of speed. Further, this car was constructed with aluminum instead of steel which helped bring the car's weight down even more.
